All sales are final with no right of return unless specified on individual invoice of sale.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Any order(s) refused upon delivery or returned, will be subject to shipping charges and a minimum 25% restock fee.

Any claims of missing, damaged, defective or dead on arrival equipment must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Customer is responsible for keeping all records of licensing software and key codes.

Credit / Refund orders are eligible within 30 days of purchase and do not include special order items.

Prices are exclusive of federal, state, or local taxes of any nature, any VAT, and custom or import duties.

The customer will pay all taxes applicable for products ordered, or instead of it, the customer will provide Infinity Hardware a current tax exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities in the state in which we deliver the goods.

Should any tax be imposed by law, government agencies, affecting the merchandise billed after this, customer agrees to pay such tax beyond the amount of each invoice.

Title to the equipment remains with Infinity Hardware until invoice is paid in full.

Infinity Hardware will not be liable for failure of goods or to deliver goods.

Infinity Hardware, its affiliates and/or assignees are not responsible for any outside work done on any phone system or equipment purchased from Infinity Hardware.

Infinity Hardware, its affiliates and/or assignees are not responsible for costs to the customer incurred due to delays or misdelivery of equipment, out of box failures, malfunctioning equipment and or any time spent in trouble shooting equipment.

Software and voice processing systems are non-refundable.

Appropriate charges as provided for by applicable state laws will be imposed in case of customer checks being returned to Infinity Hardware by the customer’s bank.

Any past due invoice will be subject to a 4% service charge for each period of 30 days that it remains past due.

In the event of legal action and/or the placement of the account with a collection agent, Infinity Hardware will be entitled to recover from customer, its assigns or successors in interest, the actual cost and expenses resulting from said actions including attorney’s fees and collection costs.

Customer agrees that the venues will be in High Point, North Carolina for any lawsuit to enforce the terms of the agreement or to collect any amounts owed by customers to Infinity Hardware.

The parties agree that they will interpret this agreement and other agreement between the parties according to the laws of the State of North Carolina.

All orders go through a thorough review process and can be cancelled by Infinity Hardware at any time.

General instructions to return items:

• No goods can be returned without prior authorization.
• All claims must be made upon receipt of goods.
• No goods will be taken back or allowance given, if goods are made unusable.
• The customer must contact sales department (sales@infinityhardware.us) immediately for any items that the customer wants to return or replace.
• For refunds, please direct your queries to billing department (billing@infinityhardware.us) along with the sales department. 
• All items must be complete in their original packaging.
• Please do not write on original packaging or a 25% restocking fee may apply.
• If replacing the item, any additional charge of greater value than the original replacement will be charged to the customer.
• If the item is returned, Infinity Hardware will issue a credit note or a refund to the customer.
• Infinity Hardware will provide a return shipping label for any damaged, defective or dead on arrival items if notified within 7 days of receipt.
• If the customer fails to notify Infinity Hardware within 7 days of receiving any damaged, defective or dead on arrival items, the customer will be responsible for shipping those items back to Infinity Hardware.
• A refund or a credit not will only be issued after Infinity Hardware receives the items back, inspects it against the claim and finds the claim to be satisfactory.
• Shipping charges, any credit card fee, PayPal fee or any currency conversion fee will not be refunded by Infinity Hardware, regardless of the fact whether the order is completed successfully or not.
• No return shipping label or any shipping fee will be provided by Infinity Hardware for international shipments.
